How the ordering process works
Step 1 – Request a quote
Send us your preferred Tesla model and configuration using our inquiry form.
Step 2 – Receive your offer
We will prepare a detailed quotation including vehicle price and optional transportation costs.
Step 3 – Place your order
A deposit of 10% is required to secure the order and a signed order contract.
Step 4 – VAT security deposit
For export sales, the German VAT amount of 19% must be provided as a refundable security deposit.
This amount is refunded in full once official proof of import into the destination country has been provided.
Step 5 – vehicle delivery
Once the vehicle is ready, the remaining balance is paid and the vehicle can be delivered or collected.

Compliance with international trade regulations
DI Auto strictly complies with all applicable German, European Union and international trade regulations.
Sales, exports or indirect deliveries to countries subject to applicable trade restrictions or sanctions are not permitted.
In particular, we do not sell or export vehicles to Russia or Belarus, including purchases attempted through third countries or intermediary arrangements.
Frequently asked questions
Can I order a Tesla if Tesla does not officially sell vehicles in my country? In many cases, yes. We can arrange the purchase and export of vehicles from Germany, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Can private individuals buy through DI Auto? Yes. We work with both private customers and companies.
Can companies purchase vehicles through DI Auto? Yes. Corporate customers are welcome.
Do you offer transportation? Yes. We can arrange transportation to most destinations worldwide. Customers may also organize transport independently. We can offer single trailer and truck transport, sea freith and flight freight.
How long does delivery take? Delivery times depend on the selected model and Tesla availability. Inventory vehicles typically require approximately 15–17 days before delivery can take place.
Is the German VAT refunded? Yes. The VAT security deposit is refunded in full once official proof of import into the destination country has been provided.
